The AXIS Registry was established to address this challenge by generating longitudinal, patient-centered data that reflects how these diseases are experienced and managed in real-world settings.

The AXIS Registry is a U.S.-based, 10-year longitudinal study conducted by Autoimmune Neurology Alliance (AiNA) and Alira Health. Built to link patient-reported and medical record data, with the option to expand to clinician-reported and claims data, the registry brings patients and researchers together through a shared data platform to capture the real-world disease experience over time.

The AXIS Registry currently offers the possibility to collaborate with the myasthenia gravis patient community. The registry is designed as a scalable platform that will expand to additional autoimmune neurological conditions in the future, such as inflammatory neuropathies among others.
