Alira Health is excited to welcome Romain Finas as our new Vice President, Real-World Evidence. Romain Finas

Romain will lead Alira Health’s Real-World Evidence practice, which spans the entire value chain of data and evidence generation, including required datasets, collecting and sourcing data with adequate robustness for demonstration and acceptability, managing the accessibility process with GDPR compliance, cleaning and harnessing sources of data as devices, Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs), and Electronic Health Records (EMR), and analyzing and developing models to publish outcomes reports.

Romain’s background includes over 17 years of experience in strategy consulting with a specialty in healthcare organizations. Romain also worked on diabetes population management tools within the Electronic Health Records (EMR), to identify patients at risk or to acquire an immediate longitudinal view of the patients’ backgrounds, including therapeutic escalation and evolution of conditions surrogates.

Romain has held positions at healthcare and consulting organizations, including MSD, GE Healthcare, and Accenture. He holds a master’s degree in strategy and finance from ESCP Europe and studied at the University of Sankt Gallen (CH).
