Nerea Blanqué-Catalina is Alira Health’s Managing Partner in EU Pharma Affiliates Solutions. Her previous experience includes director positions in global market access and pricing in several international Pharma companies.
Nerea’s expertise is in market access, operational pricing, global price corridor setting, global value dossier design and messaging, and local adaptations. She has done several market access and pricing transformation projects and has experience in early market access, including ethnographic point of view in clinical trials, TPP assessments, and sales pitches.
Nerea holds a BSc and an MSc in Pharmacy from the Universitat de Barcelona. She also holds a research diploma in immunology from Háskoli Islands, Iceland, and a postgraduate degree in Business Consulting from Glamorgan University in Wales. Nerea also completed the IESE Business School’s senior executive program, PDD, in Barcelona. She currently teaches market access and pricing classes in the master’s program at Biotechnology Business Institute and is an external professor for the EADA Business School at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
