The Annabel de Maria Memorial Scholarship was established by Alira Health to honor the legacy of Annabel de Maria, our late Chief Patient Officer, and to support future healthcare leaders who are committed to improving the lives of patients.
Annabel believed that better healthcare begins with people who combine expertise with empathy. Throughout her career, she championed patient engagement, mentored emerging professionals, and encouraged others to challenge convention while keeping patients at the center of every decision.
Created in her memory, this annual scholarship recognizes students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership potential, and a commitment to advancing healthcare through innovation, collaboration, and compassion.
